I'm planning on walking on the treadmill for 20 mins on my lunch break, and then I'll head to the gym for 40 mins of cardio and lifting for my upper body tonight!  Woot!

Hello all...started my 3rd week and the gym today. Below is what I did. It's amazing how much more of a workout the elipitcal is than the treadmill, it kicked my booty!!

-25 mins on eliptical
-worked all upper body muscles on machines
-stomach exercises (which are proving to be the toughest for me...I have absolutely no stomach muscles left)
-a few machines to work my legs

Today felt like my hardest workout yet!!

Rode my bike today...First time in 2 weeks.  Was concerned about the urinary track issues, but everything seems to be ok down there.  Rode 3 miles to the store and then 3 miles back.  It was a 60 degree day here and sunny.  Boy have I missed exercise and the endorphin rush.  Brian  PS  I also weedeated, mowed the lawn, and blew off the debris today.  I'll sleep well tonight!

Went to the gym expecting to do 3-4 miles on the TM, but it felt so good for a change, that I went 5 miles.  After that, I did a 1000 yd swim.  Great workout today!
