75 minutes of weights - arms
a little lighter than normal but higher reps just to get back in the swing of things. It felt great to get back at it though !

What about you ?

60 min Spin class - AT intervals, not too much time in zone 4, so bearable.
60 min weights - chest/tri

I finally got gym passes last night. Today I'm planning on uh, well, I don't know what I'm planning yet, BUT it will be on some assortment of machines! I'm thinking of talking to a trainer but...eh, I don't know yet. Our local Y doesn't really have "the most qualified" trainers... I may be better off on google to figure out what I should be doing.

You can find go info at bodybuilding.com on proper form and good exercises for certain body parts.

Hey Bro,

I have not heard they will be doing real time tracking. If they do have it, I will post the link. Otherwise, I will prob have my wife post how its going on my wall on FB. Sub 24 hours is the pipe dream! We will see what happens...
