Ran. 17.66 miles along Central New York's snow covered roads.  I'm rounding up and calling it an 18-miler.

Two weeks 'til the Mardi Gras Half Marathon in New Orleans!

won my church's chili cookoff today.. so I needed a monster workout..  2000 meter swim in 50 minutes, 45 minute spin averaging 20 mph and a 2 mile run in 18 minutes.  Not quite Dan worthy but enough to kick my butt after eating way too much chili!

Should have made it to the pool this afternoon, but that didn't happen.  Lots of snow happening here today.

As part of the exercise study I'm part of, a group of us did a 3k time trial this morning.  I figured I did pretty good (for me) since I didn't have much left at the end.  The sad part about all of this is I don't get access to any of the numbers until the end.  They want us to be blind so we don't have this number in our heads of what we need to beat at the endpoint.

10 mile run this morning in foggy 45 degree weather. So grateful to live on the west coast today!! I ran with a friend who is much faster than me, so our time was somewhere in the middle -- around 10:20 min/mile, which is pretty good for me!

Getting antsy!  Walked 3.4 miles today and then spent 45-minutes on the stationary bike.  Hope that doctor gives me my clearances in two weeks.  My legs are going dormant from under use.
