 9.26 mile run in 1:33:08, which is my longest run ever!  

Felt great and while i would like to improve my speed, I am really pleased with the time.  Adding miles is becoming addictive.  I know I have to be careful and not over-train.  My 25K is in May and Marathon in October so I have plenty of time...but DANG!  In the words of the Michael Buble song..."It's a new day, and a new time, and I'm feeling good!"  Yea
Eating junk food and CRAP is not a reward...it's a punishment...
  it's a DEATH sentence...Reward yourself with Good Health!

Unplanned rest day.  I was still suffering from so hold over dehydration from going to hard thursday night and friday.

So Instead I worked on pinewood derby cars with my boys.  Not the it is a very physical activity but was a lot easier this year than previous years.
