Wow, I have not started this thread for awhile...Today I went to my first Spin class and had a blast...I will be back!!!
What did ya'll do today?
a little edit: after Spin class I went and loaded up my truck with wood, helped an older man load his truck and then came home and unloaded everything...whew!!!!

11 minute/1 mile warm up on the cross ramp
lifted - legs & back
10k program on the running/stride machine - 33:50...that's so good it has to be inaccurate..i'm NOT that fast!!
5 minute cool down
stretching

47 Mile ride in the 20+ mph Texas wind! Averaged 20.7 MPH....

All right, enough already. It is really getting difficult to find clear spaces outside to walk/run. Ended up doing four loops (about 3 1/2 miles) at a brisk walk down at the library. Put my Yaks on to avoid slipping on the ice. Still probably have another two weeks before I'm allowed to start running again. Difficult to keep the exercise to such a low level but doctor's orders. Tomorrow I'm allowed to add some stationary bike. Yeah.
