40 min cardio. Sucked hard today I think last night TKD class being fairly brutal probably played a factor.

30 minutes of weights (Core,Upper Body and Arms)

Not thrilled with todays performance but I pushed through it.

So, my C25K training has been put on hold...per doc orders. I am having to get a hysterectomy near the end of March because of a prolapse.... therefore until then, running, jogging, lifting heavy items and anything that causes a woman to "bear down" is out of the question. OH BOY! uh, so that means... 

today I am lifting 5lb weights for arm strengthening, walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes and going easy on my yoga ball. Plus housework. Anyone who has 3 children, a husband, multi-level house and a cleaning/germ obsession would know what kind of workout that is!

Rest day .... legs were sore and I just didn't have it today.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

I did an hour of boot camp at 0530 again. Friday boot camp is alot of running, only about 1/3 of the people show up compared to Tuesday and Thursday.
I am doing anhour of pilates during lunch; my work has a healthy at work program that is just wonderful!
If I am not too tired I am going to a Zumba Splash class tonight after work.

 Not sure what I was thinking doing a whole body workout yesterday...so sore!!!  So today is a rest day, but I am excited about tomorrow, my gym is having a Begin to Spin class...so I reserved my bike and I am excited!!!

45 min on stairmaster (238 floors)
