Back Fat?

Hey there,

I've been working out hard about an hour and a half every day and seeing some great results... except my back fat!!! Seems like no matter what I do I can't shrink the back boobs. Any advice/suggestions to add to my workout that will help?

 You can try bent over rows with a barbell.  This works your mid and lower back.   Its kind of fun to do too !

You really cant spot reduce. Your body just decides where to lose fat from in what ever order it decides.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 Have you tried doing light reps on a machine meant for the back? i use the rowing machine and i use a machine to help me do crunches, it also reverses and helps strengthens the back. I noticed my back shrank and i didnt need a bra extender anymore.

 unfortunately Nate is right.. you can't spot reduce fat.. the best way to get rid of those back boobs is the same method you used do drop weight everywhere... watch the intake and in general cardio/calorie burning.  Lat and lower back routines will certainly add muscle and can also help with the caloric deficit you'll need, but they won't force the body to burn back fat, anymore than crunches will force the body to burn tummy fat.

Of all the bulky areas of my body...back fat is the one with which I have the most issues. I feel your frustration.
