Hi All,

I haven't been on here in a few years, but found one of my old articles on here and thought I'd share.

For those of you who don't know, Earl is an OH exercise board legend. He was posting daily workouts before it was cool.

Nice to see you are still around.
Scott

Nice to see ya Scott.

My wife says I'm only a legend in my own mind...does that count?

There's always controversy on this one, but I'd like to add:

If you are in a family gym, keep the grunting to what is necessary to push the weight, but save he ego grunting for the local lifting gym.

May I add FOLLOW THE POSTED RULES OF THE GYM!!!! At my gym there's a pool room with a pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. There is a huge board with rules posted clearly stating NO SHOES OR SOCKS IN THE POOL, HOT TUB, SAUNA, OR STEAM ROOM! It also says PLEASE RINSE OFF BEFORE GETTING INTO THE POOL OR HOT TUB and WEAR APPROPRIATE SWIMMING APPAREL! And people regularly get into the pool or hot tub with their flip flops on and MOST people go into the steam room and sauna with flip flops, socks, and their trainers on!!! Then, after getting nice and disgusting and sweaty, they go straight from the sauna or steam room into the pool in their gym clothes. Nasty! It just gets my goat.

I agree. Anyone that owns a Hot Tub (me..me) knows to shower off before entering the hot tub. Same goes for the pool. There's a chemical balance that has to be maintained to keep everything sanitary.
