I got the opportunity to be a part of a running economy study, so I did some pre-testing this evening.  It included the water tank body fat testing as well as a treadmill test for lactate threshold and muscle tension testing as well.  Interesting evening but don't have any idea of what the numbers were.  I'll let you know if I get to know.
