Supposed to have Zumba tonight unless it is cancelled due to the weather.

If it is cancelled, I'll do some kind of step work with the stepper attachment to the Wii fit board.

I only have 3 more weeks of Zumba. After that, its time to step it up. Im making sure to give it 100% at Zumba, jumping and really working, but its getting to be not challenging enough.

Great job!  I'm now inspired.  I haven't run in a while but tomorrow I'm on the road for a 3.4 mile run.  I need to just get out and do it!

My flu is gone, so I did 25 miles on the bike trainer, slower than usual, but that's expected after having to spend almost a week in bed with a fever and flu.
