I've been doing Kickboxing 2 days(M&W)  a week and Zumba(Sat) 1 day a week.  I wanted to try the C25K now and thought I would do it on Sun, T & TH.   Is that a good plan?

Thanks!

It's a lot but it's not impossible and working out 6 days a week isn't going to hurt you. As you ramp this up just "listen" to your body. It will tell you when you're over doing it.

My only general comment is all your exersize is all cardio. I love cardio, it's great for you but some weight training might be good too.Maybe replace your kickboxing with a weights class? or are you doing some weight training after class.

welcome!

agreed, weight training is really important as well... be careful and make sure to enjoy yourself, 6 days a week can burn you out if you aren't doing something you really enjoy.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Thank You both for your response.  I do love the exercises I'm doing which is great!   I have finally found something I like.  I plan on incorporating weights after the runs since running only takes about 30 minutes.

Thanks again!
