Hi everybody! Been a while. My clients are trying to kill me! Anyway, my exercise has suffered, I'm lucky to get to the Y twice a week. I think part of the problem is I am bored out of my mind with the treadmill, stationary bike, and weight machines. I can't wait until I can walk and bike outside again! It's a mess right now in Indiana, though. HOWEVER, a new place where I can lap swim has opened up, and I'm totally excited about that. My membership starts in February, and I can't wait! I was lap swimming at the local college but it got so expensive that I stopped. That's the one thing I will stay very consistent with. I'll do that, and use my dumbbells and videos at home until I can get outside again. I promise!

Welcome back Jenny! Glad you found a new place to swim. I know I like variety to break up the boredom. When I don't feel like running, I spin. If I'm sore, I swim. I like to throw in a yoga class once in a while, too.
I can't remember...are you a tax preparer? Is this your busy season?

"Hard things take time to do. Impossible things take a little longer."
I run a medical transcription business out of my home. Last year I acquired a large surgeon's group, in addition to the clients I already have, and they are keeping my two employees and I very, very busy! That's a good problem to have, I know, but it also forces me to sit in from of my computer for many hours a day. Even when I exercise for 45 minutes to an hour in the morning, I don't know if that offsets 8-9 hours in a chair. I do get up frequently during the day when my back starts aching - do a little laundry, wash the dishes, etc., but the volume of work forces my butt back into this chair, a lot. Hence...I haven't had much time to "play" on OH or Facebook, or even eBay! Argh! I think the requirement that I sit a lot is why I can't get the last 40 lbs. off. Looking at the bright side - at least I'm not gaining!
