Monday Workouts!

 15 minute warmup on the treadmill.  
hour and 15 minutes lifting weights.  

And hated that I had to leave, but have to spend some time with the wife.

After a weekend of snowmobiling, I'm pretty sore and tired.  Took today as a rest day.  Back at it tomorrow.
