I walked around the block with my daughter...may have over done it.  I have been MIA for a week now.  Had some bladder stones removed.  Surgery went fine, but I had to go home with a catheter.  Just had it removed this morning.  Working on the peeing process again (nerves have been strained)...I'll say this, the Lord can teach you many things having that thing in for 5 days.  Hopefully will heal up and I can be walking at work and back on my bike soon.  Brian  PS  It's hard to let the healing process take it's course...

Ran about 1.5 miles - had to use the bathroom - when I got back there were no treadmills available at the gym. Crazy! I did 30 min on the elliptical instead of running.

5'6" - 302/155-158
