Welcome.  I have always loved exercise but I didn't love how I felt like I looked doing it.  Got over it and now live to exercise.  I find ways to put it in everyday b/c if I don't I can become a slacker easily...even though I know it makes me feel better.

have fun at bootcamp!  I love bootcamp but it is too expensive.  That is why i run, it is cheaper...though not if I keep signing up for all these races :)

Hello Everyone!  My name is Sonya and I'm from Austin, TX.  January 17, 2011 was the first day of the rest of my life, thank you VSG!  I'm just about to hit my two weeks and I am ready to get started with some type of exercise routine.  I used to exercise a lot and I loved it, now it's been years and I am working with a lot more weight than I was then.  I weighed 262 on my surgery date and as of today I weigh 243.2.  I'm not sure where to start with exercising since I haven't even hit my two week mark yet but I certainly figured this can't be a bad place to start!  I look forward to meeting you all and like Angela said, reaching my goals and becoming accountable for my actions.

Have a good weekend!!!
