 1000 meter swim followed by a 5k on the tm, and then some back work.  My wife thinks I must be getting in pretty good shape because I told her this was a really light day as I just wasn't feeling it in the pool  :)

Just got back from urgent care not too long ago, I have been feeling horrid, and found out I have the full blown flu. So doctors orders are to hang out in bed for a few days and no training for 4-5 days. This really stinks. I guess that's what I get for putting off getting a flu shot months ago in order to train for a marathon.

3.33 mile run tonight. My knee has been tight since the half last weekend. Might need to go to the chiropractor -- feels like one leg is longer or something.
