It was supposed to be rest day......but I went to the gym anyways.
6 miles in 51 min.

Let me throw this out...does anyone else cheat on rest days and exercise anyways?

Not sure today. Its my last day at the gym (Im on travel and been using the hotel gym)

Either 20 mins on the elliptical followed by 20 mins on the treadmill or full on mileage on the treadmill.

I went kinda hard with the incline intervals on the treadmill yesterday so guess I'll see how I feel when I get there.

Did the early morning spin class with our resident semi-pro triathlete.  Great class!  Then got in the pool for 800 yd in 19 minutes.  Very good for me!  Twice in the pool in a week.

Slacker morning for me as I was needed at home and didn't get to the gym for my morning workout, but I do have TKD class tonight.
