Hi, I'm new and and wanted to say hi ! I'm overweight and trying again to exercise and diet to lose weight. I lost 50lb 2 years ago and gradually gained them back. I know what I did wrong and I do get mad at myself for that. It took forever for my body to start to lose weight, I started exercising everyday. I walked and used the the glider when I watced tv. I think when I lost weight I just stopped exercising and fell back to my old eating habits. Well I'm back starting again. It's so hard to lose but so easily to gain how unfair. Every pound shows, I'm 45 years old and 5" tall at 258 lbs. Hope everyone is successful on their journey.
