30 Minutes Weights Upper Body
47 Minutes on the dreadmill  3.5 miles 5K time was aound 39 minutes.

People at my office have been real supportive. Asking what my goals are and then encoraging me to keep going.  Truely an awesome feeling, one guy today asked about the Peachtree and said he had no dobts I could fini**** tomorrow.

In Delaware, you should have stuck to the roads.  Delaware is my stomping grounds.  I guess most of the roads are still messy for running.  I wouldn't know since i am in a forced hybernation.  Hope you enjoy your stay here.

Today another trip to the mailbox.  Tomorrow I think I'll venture over to the track and try to walk a loop.  Whoopee.

4 miles on the treadmill running at 5.o and 1 mile total pre and post at 4.0.
18 weeks from Sunday until my first half marathon! I missed the one in September becuse of a horrible flu I had. I did 5 miles for my long run last week, if i up it a half mile every week that should work well to get me up to a half marathon. I was running 10 prior to the flu and I have not worked to get above 5 for awhile. Time to kick it up a notch!
Mary

Hope Nate and Rob are healing and resting!
