Hand/finger swelling during walking

I often find that my hands/fingers swell up while walking. This not only happens while working out, but can also happen during a day of shopping.

I figure this happens from gravity, but Im not sure if it is a problem or a sign of something more serious.

Anyone have any tips to prevent this? I guess I could hold my arms up every once in a while, anything less attention grabbing?

When I was MO, mine would do the same thing.  I finally figure out it was from dehydration.
Take note of you water intake during these times and see if that helps.

Hmm that makes sense to me. I noticed last night that my rings felt tight while i was sleeping and I had gone to the gym earlier that night. I believe it did it the last time I went too. Guess I should up my water intake.
