Tuesday Workouts!!!

 wacky weather.. so I set up the trainer near the window and rode hard for an hour.  20 miles in an hour (wish I could go that fast on the real road!).  Out to try and plow and do something with the icey driveways.. nasty here in the Hudson Valley.

Sunny & a high of 85. 6 mile run & 2.50 mile walk...50 minutes of weights shoulders/ bi's.

Unplanned rest day Really sick. Coughing up the green stuff, nose is a facet, feel achy all over, in full sweats with a snuggie with heat cranked up to 75 in the house and still cold. Taking some ny-quil shooters in a minute, hope I feel up to doing something tomorrow after a full night's sleep.
