Nothing for me today.  The weather is too bad and I have the kiddies.  Thats okay because it keeps my new streak of not exercising intact!!!  ;)

Since thing have thawed out here and the office is back to usual hours I was in the fitness center bright and early.

rest day for me... have to head out on a last minute biz trip this afternoon, hopefully the hotel has a treadmill.  be home tomorrow night.

I will run 30-35 mins (about 3.1 -4 mi) on treadmill after lunch.

Tonight step aerobics 60 min with core exercises.

First post on this board.  I'm 1 mo. post op RNY. 

I walked/jogged 65 minutes on the TM, for 3.82 miles, a new PR for me.  Goal is a 5K by May/June.

Great spin class this morning!  We did a lot of sprints and then a hill.  Followed that up with 3 miles on the TM (26:30).  Glad to be able to do 3 these days after spinning.
