I don't have internet at home so I probably won't be around for a while. Cancer surgery is Monday and I am scheduled to be off work all week but who knows I may be back sooner. Everybody have a good weekend and next week. Run a few extra miles for me next week. Hope to be back in the gym in a couple of weeks. See you all later !
