 1500 meter swim in 33 minutes.  Really starting to feel confident in my swimming.  Been suffering from a cold that is screwing up my routines.

Learned kettlebells at today's Crossfit fundamentals class.  Here I thought it was going to be an upper body workout and it was actually the legs that were doing all the work.
