Learned kettlebells at today's Crossfit fundamentals class. Here I thought it was going to be an upper body workout and it was actually the legs that were doing all the work.

I went to Crossfit but was late and only got to do the Tabata Sprints and PTTP olympic lifting. About 35 min.
