Have you tried irrigating the sinuses?  A lot of people I know do this and it helps them tremendously.  They can get rid of the infection without using antibiotics.  It doesn't always work, but it's worth a shot!

Yes but no help. I'm a cronic sufferer. I get 5 or 6 a year. When I smoked they said that caused it , when I quit they said then it was my weight..... I irrigate , use an antiseptic spray and am on flonase year round but nothing seems to help. This is my third since the leaves started falling.

I'm feeling pretty tired today, so all I did was spin class.  Great class, though.  Forced me to work harder than I planned.

Got in my last run this morning this morning before my surgery tomorrow.  It was 18 degrees and the roads were covered with ice and drifts but I really wanted to get another run done in January.  Completed 6.25 miles before decided it was time to call it a day.  Tomorrow I hope that running in my dreams count, cause that's all that I will be doing for awhile.
