90 minutes of weights - legs/back<br />
Very heavy today , legs are still shaking over an hour later.

Rode my bike to the library and coffee shop...2.5 miles each way.  Then later this afternoon rode to my brothers and back...mile plus each way.

 3 miles in about 2-3" of snow and ice - it was slow (0:30:34) and like running in sand, but was outside and not on the dreadmill - Thank God for YakTrax!!!
