Introduction and question

First of all hello to you all!

I just found this forum and I am glad to have a place to share fitness goals and accomplishments.  I had VSG on 11/02/2010 and I am down almost 40#, half way to my goal. : )
I started going to the gym daily to do cardio and some light weights.  I love it!  I have not been able to figure out what exercise to do for the inner part of the legs.  It is looking awfully  wabbly and I want to put a stop to it ASAP.   Any suggestions are welcomed!!!!

Look for an abductor adductor machine.  They work the inside and outside of the legs.

You can also do squats and lunges to work on the legs

That would be a good start for them.
