Not sure if anyone is interested in knowing about these, but I'm going to clog up this board by posting my progress and impressions of this program *grin*

today was week 1, first workout.  There are three workout types - each one used once per week. Each DVD has 6 weeks of workouts - the categories are Cardio, Resistance and Core.  I picked Resistance to start with since I like weight lifting.

The workouts are only about 20min long - it takes you through a set of exercises twice with a warm up and cool down.

I'd like to believe that I am in decent shape since I do hit the gym regularly.  I'd like to believe that this program will be just an enhancement and not an overhaul of my body.  But after completing this first workout - I'm in shock - or rather my body is.  It really was challenging and was extremely glad when the 20min was over.  I think I will do Cardio on Wed.  I'll hit the gym tomorrow morning to just do a 5K run on the treadmill.

My post today on the KettleWorx FB page: Either I am not as good as I thought, or somewhow 20 min lasts longer in my Den than anywhere else in the universe.

I'm using a 10lb to start with because I haven't seen how much variance there is in upper vs lower body.  I had tendonitis in my right shoulder a few months ago and just got thru all the therapy and everything to get it back on track - I don't want to re-injure it.  I do have a 15lb though - I'd love to develop into using it by the end of the 6 weeks.
