Sunday workouts
I met my buddies for our usual Sunday run and enjoyed a peaceful 8 miles in the gently falling snow.

Not what you'd call a workout, but I had my second first time on skis today (first first was over 10 years ago). Had a private lesson for an hour then off on my own on the bunny hill. It was good! I'll have to have a second try at it one day soon.
My friend who invited me was proud of me for trying something new. It wouldn't have been fun if I sucked at it, but I did pretty well and was even proud of myself.

Water aerobics. It's the only thing that doesn't hurt and sometimes even that hurts.
