I met my buddies for our usual Sunday run and enjoyed a peaceful 8 miles in the gently falling snow.

Ran with two friends for another 8 mile run (10:21 pace) today. We are just about to go hike up a hill for some more fun!

week 5 day 7 = ran 11 miles then some of our group sat in comfy chairs and sipped lattes, my favorite way to celebrate another finished run.

 Ran the first in our local 5k winter series, 24:52.  A little disappointing, but I'll take it.  Had a great swim tonight of 2000 meters without stopping in 50 minutes flat, my longest continual swim yet.

Not what you'd call a workout, but I had my second first time on skis today (first first was over 10 years ago).  Had a private lesson for an hour then off on my own on the bunny hill.  It was good!  I'll have to have a second try at it one day soon.

My friend who invited me was proud of me for trying something new.  It wouldn't have been fun if I sucked at it, but I did pretty well and was even proud of myself.

Water aerobics. It's the only thing that doesn't hurt and sometimes even that hurts.
