 Great 6 mile run in 57:15 - nice pace!  Beautiful clear but cold morning - yea that's frost in my beard and on my eyebrows - What Fun!!!!  
Eating junk food and CRAP is not a reward...it's a punishment...

7.03 mile run in 1:03:03, starting to feel like myself again, have been using the foam roller for 3 days, and ran with an IT band strap today, so the side of my knee was a dull ache as opposed to the stabbing pain I had been experiencing.

2nd day of Crossfit fundamentals with the introduction to the shoulder press, push press and push jerk.  This is definitely a new challenge for me. Crossfit is working muscles that running, biking and swimming didn't find.  It will surely increase my strength and range of motion.

Doing TKD work my 2 boys has been a goal and one I game a blast fulfilling.

8 mile run this morning. Had to tip toe around on te ice for much of it, but it felt awesome getting out there. Been a rough week.

Five miles on the TM.  Did them interval style: 0.8 miles at 6.6; 0.2 miles at 7.2.  Great workout!
