It kind of depends on what you want to get out of your workouts and where you are right now. If the couch to 5k program sounds good to you as a good beginning, that's great! There are many who HATE TM running, and those like me who do it all the time. It's all about personal preference and what your abilities and goals are. The main thing is consistency in working out and making sure your heart rate is in the cardio zone for 30 minutes.
