4 miles of speed play on the treadmill. 

Tomorrow, I start crossfit fundamentals to try something new.

 Another early am outside 4 miler - light snow falling - about 2" of snow and some ice which slowed me a little, but a nice, peaceful run.   And I logged my miles for the GOOD GUYS on FB.  Need to get the rest of you GUYS doing that...check it out on Facebook...Good Guys vs. Bad Girls 2011 Run Competition
