Did my brick this morning like a good girl.  Really good spin class this morning and then managed 2.5 miles.  Working up to a 5k after the spin classes and building miles again.

When I see what yall are doing, I feel like a slacker!!  I have an 8.6 mile off trail hike this Saturday in the Sipsey wilderness!!  (That makes me feel like I'm doing my part)

2.5 mile run
lower body resistance training (including my fave, the dead lift -aka- the cotton tail maker)

Ohh and I logged my miles on the Good Guys vs. Bad Girls 2011 Run Competition on Facebook... Dan B., your mileage is sick this week!!!
