20 miles on the bike trainer. Got a Garmin 305 off Amazon for $128, bought the cadence sensor for it too, nice, fun little training tool. Trying to figure out what to do with my 110 I bought 6 months ago.

"Rest Day" which ONLY means no run, just 25 mins on the Arc and 40 mins of weights and strength building - yea...I'm "resting"... Long Run Tomorrow : )
