20 miles on the bike trainer. Got a Garmin 305 off Amazon for $128, bought the cadence sensor for it too, nice, fun little training tool. Trying to figure out what to do with my 110 I bought 6 months ago.

 Oh man!  Why did it have to be girly pink???  I wouldn't be able to count those miles on the Good Guys vs Bad Girls FB Competition....LOL

 ‎"Rest Day" which ONLY means no run, just 25 mins on the Arc and 40 mins of weights and strength building - yea...I'm "resting"... Long Run Tomorrow : )

Lap Band on 11/17/09 with
 6 mile run this morning.  And took the kids ice skating from 4 to 8 does that count! :)
