Wednesday Workouts
40 minute cardio which had me at a sub 40 5K on the dreadmill. I was pleased since not hitting the dreadmilly over the holidays and monday feeling like I was going to die after 10 minutes.
30 minutes upper body.
I keep looking at the one machine saying I should load that up with a 100 pounds and try and do a squat or 2 with it since I have lost about 125 from my highest known weight. If I get that brave I am going to get a picture of it so that I have something to remember how painful it was, and remind me that I never want to go back.

i pick up dumbells that add up approximately to the weight i've lost and walk around a bit. it is scary to think of trying to run with those.... i almost cried the first time i did it last year.
Where are we going?? And why am I in this handbasket??
right now. somewhere. somebody is working harder than you.
