 A planned strength building day - great work out - 25 mins on Arc - Strength program Level 5 followed by about an hour of weights and exercises focused on core - ready to RUN tomorrow!

This was with the trainer.

Tricep pull-downs (is that right?), arm curls, hammer curls, shoulder press/extentions, back somethingorother, and what I think was rowing (had a big padded thingy for the chest and knees), and planks...I now have rug burn on my elbows.  Six minutes of sprints on the upright bike.

I've lost four pounds this week already.
