MONDAY WORKOUTS!!!

My body hates me today.  Hoped for over 4 miles, managed a little over 3.5.  After the 2nd potty break I'd had it!  Oh well, some days just work out that way.

Trying to get back on track. Been too busy and hate running in the cold plus it is dark when I leave for work and when I come home.

Last night I started weight lifting, boy are my arms weak!
Then today I ran 20 minutes.

Not the best but it is a start. Will try to do better tomorrow

It won't last but a couple more weeks and then it will be back to normal at the gym.  I got 5 miles in on the treadmill in 55 minutes.  best time so far.  Back tonight for upper body workout and run 2 to 3 miles depends on time alotment from the wife.
