MONDAY WORKOUTS!!!

5 mile run in 45 mins. I wanted to run much further, but of course now that my foot injury has completely healed I am now having IT band pain, 5 miles was all I could handle with the dull pain and then the stabbing pain started. I'm going out to Savannah (an hour drive) on Wednesday to buy a foam roller from the running store.

 I have this love hate thing with the foam roller.. but I have to admit, it has worked wonders on the IT and in general my knee pains.

I'm having techinical difficulties with the health tracker.

Today I took my first spin class.  45 minutes.  Kicked.  My.  Butt.

Lots of standing climbs and sprints, moving in and out of the saddle.  I couldn't do the jumps, but I tried to increase the resistance and rpm's flat.  But you know what?  I did it.

OK... Went back to the gym tonight and got more work in. For the day:

10 miles on the treadmill at 8:54 pace

1 hour spin (Right around 22 miles)

2000 Meter Swim

A LOT OF FOOD TONIGHT!!!

 4 miles outside in about 22 degree's...nice brisk run.  Great way to start the week!
