OK Ya'll,

Holidays are over, and the parking lot at the gym sure proved that to be so. I usually see 10-15 cars in the parking lot at 5am, today... about 4 times the amount. Anyways, that will change in about 5 weeks and be about back to normal. Well, I got in a 5 mile Dreadmill grind in 46:15, then swam 2000M in 34:28. I have Spin Class tonight, a 5 mile Brick and perhaps some stair climbing...

I ran on the tradmill before work; only had 45 minutes so only did not quite 3 of running and 1/4 walk before and after. I am going to Zumba after work and will go for a walk at lunch today since it is so pretty outside; cold but pretty!
I did not go to Zumba; I went to a step toning class instead; it was okay I may try it again.

The Y was packed this morning but there was on treadmill with a TV left when I got in there.

Yeah, things were "busy" today.  I also noticed a slight increase from Thanksgiving to Christmas.  Lots of new faces who won't be back unfortunately.

Lap Band on 11/17/09 with
6.5 miles on treadmill for me today and spinning tonight.  I am training for the Myrtle Beach Half Marathon in Feb and the Wrightsville Beach Marathon in March.  So glad the holidays are over so that I can stay focused on training, I had a hard time over the holidays.

P90X something with weights, upper body (my daughter gets to pick the workout tonight) then ab ripper X.

The path I run on was busy yesterday--I guess the resolution crowd will show up for a few weeks!
