What's up ya'll????? Super cold this morning, but I knocked out 10.38 miles. That gives me a total of 40.25 miles between yesterday and today. 4 weeks until Rocky Raccoon 100 Mile Trail Run!!!

5.6 mile spin doing a lactic threshold test. 
Probably do come core strength stuff this evening.

Today starts a 28 week Oly tri training program....super stoked!
