Zumba or TurboFire Fitness?

I have been doing 30 minutes a day on my treadmill, but I want to add to that. Has anyone tried either of these and if so, did you have good results.

Personal Opinion:  You'll have good results doing consistent workouts.  Doing consistent workouts means doing what you like.  I know lots of folks who do Zumba and just LOVE it.  Try out some different things and see what you like!

Tried ZUMBA two days ago and joined the gym that offers it. They have it 3 nights a week that I can attend and I would to go to all three. It's fun, the music is great and I could not follow the instructor step by step but I did it anyway. After the class the instructor showed us her heart monitor watch and had 589 calories burned for that hour. She also said that even if you could not keep up with the pace she had but keep moving you could still clear almost 500 calories. I just keep up with the pace and had FUN!

Got Zumba DVD's for Christmas and I love it!!! Time flies and it is a great workout!!
