good workouts gor those with bad feet?

I have heel spurs and chronic inflammation and pain in my feet and ankles. It hurts to stand and I am on my feet all day at work. The last thing I want to do is be on my feet any longer after work. I know the success to WLS is working out so I wanted to know some moves I can do with bad feet!?!?

What's worth the PRIZE is ALWAYS worth the FIGHT!

Here's a couple of things I would try.

1. Swimming  - amazing cardio workout AND good for the upper body too. It's not going to hurt your feel even a tiny bit. I REALLY reccomend getting somethig like an H20 Audio kit if you're going to swim laps rather than water aerobics. It's a do-hickey that allows you to wear your iPod in the pool. I listen to books while I swim. Very zen.
2. Spinning / biking - while you'll move your feet you won't have pressure on them. No worries about getting a fancy bike. Anything that gets your body moving is good enough.
