16.94 miles 2:43:26... I tried out some different fuel options, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the stinger honey gels. I totally recommend them... I alternated between a honey gel at the top of the hour (120 Cal & 29G Crabs) and a Stinger Honey Waffle at the half hour (160 Cals and as many carbs and taste INCREDIBLE) I also had Sugar Free Crystal Light in my Camelback with 3 scoops p/ hour of Enduralytes Powder for Electrolyte replacement, and I have to say this combo was MONEY. Not a real long run, but solid enough to try out the fueling options, plus I got to run it with my wife :) ... It's always nice when the Mother In Law is in town!
