Wow!  I am still amazed at myself. :)  I have overcome a lot in the past two months.  I was sidelined for 3 weeks after my 10k the middle of October b/c of an ankle issue.  That was hard mentally and physically to overcome.  Running 3.1 miles after that was super hard.  But two weeks after starting up training I finally got up to 4 miles.  Slowly but surely I worked my way up there in miles.  My half marathon in Jan 30th.  I am so pumped.  Something just 4 weeks ago I thought was not a reality will be a reality soon!  I can't wait.  I am shooting for a 11:30 min/mi pace which would be about 2.5 hours.  Is my math correct???

It was 26 when I went running this morning.  I ran for 1 hour and 45 min.  Averaged a 11.45 pace.  Being Texas the 26 was super cold and I was not used to it however I think I love it! :)
