Wow... What a day. Wrapped up all the loose ends at work, then Swam 5100 Meters (a little over 3.1 miles) in a hair over 1:30:00, and PR'd at 10.16 miles running and crapmill at 7:25 p/ mile pace! Dang... I am beat!!!

I spent an hour on the treadmill ran 3 miles at 5 mph and walked one mile at 4 mph and an incline of 3.0.

Yucky run in the stinging wind with too many cars sharing the road. 

It's rare for me not to enjoy a run, but this was one that just didn't do it for me.  The only saving grace is knowing that I burned a few calories in time for the Christmas feast.
