1 year of good health 2 fast weeks of recovery from hernia surgery in January 3 marathons (DE, MD, and PA) 4 150-mile bike rides 5 duathlon sprints 6 midnight runs 7 10 to 15 mile organized runs 8  minute pace (or anything under 9) 9 half-marathons 10 100-mile bike rides 11 new pair of running socks 12 very long weekend runs

 hmmm.. that's a hard one to follow...

12 Packs of Power Gels, 11 Jars of Protein Powder, 10 Local Charity Races,  9 50-mile rides, 8 5k Training Swims, 7 Cases of Powerade Zero, 6 Sprint Triathlons, 5 Pairs of Running Shoes.....  4 Century rides, 3 Half Marathons, 2 Half Ironmen and a Full Ironman Medal from Louisville (n a pear tree)!
