Wednesday Workouts!!!

Off to the gym for about 30 minutes on the mill, 15 stretching and 15 of resistance training mostly go get my core strength back so I can start sleeping without back pain.

Kickass mile repeat session yesterday left me feeling good all day.

10 min warm up on the bike; 50 mins of weights (arms/legs/abs) - sure would have loved a run this morning...but I am being a good boy!    No really I am...and the Achilles is feeling better!
Eating junk food and CRAP is not a reward...it's a punishment...

45 minutes of weights- legs

Hit the roads early this morning for a 6.5 mile run.  My running partner complained the whole time about holding me back, and how her lungs were still not back to capacity.  Oh well, I ran into the ground over the last mile.  The pleasures of being an old man.
