Since you malabsorp, if you take in 100 g of protein, you are only absorbing 70-80 of it. So take that into account too.
Also, all this stuff -- how much to take and when -- is really trial and error, even for the unaltered. You can use the formulas as a starting place, but then you have to adjust based on what happens to you.
IOW, if 100 g isn't doing it, try for more and see if that works.

Putting on 20lbs of muscle and cutting 20lbs of fat for the new year is not easy as said. Gaining 20lbs of muscle alone will take longer than a year in most cases. Cutting 20+lbs of fat can be done in a year. Trying to do both at the same time will most likely not happen, due to caloric intake for both situations. The more muscle you have, the easier it is to cut. If i were you i would start with a clean bulk +300-500 cals over maintenance, and track progress.
