60 min of weights (core/legs)
60 min spin class - Aerobic Endurance.
today was supposed to be my short/speed run, but i'm definitely having a right hamstring issue, so i cross-trained today and will rest tomorrow. last big runs before my taper for the goofy are this week, will do 10 miles on thursday and my 20 miler on friday.

45 minutes doing weights - arms, abs/core/back
35 minutes on the arc trainer - incline 10/10, 10 min @ 65/100, 25 min @60/100
stretching
