Tuesday Workout

 10 mins on bike as warm up, then about 45 mins doing weights - whole body, legs/lower, arms/upper, abs/core - good workout...No running for a week per the Dr...I'm benched due to Achilles pain....letting it heal.  Have a good one all.

60 min of weights (core/legs)
60 min spin class - Aerobic Endurance.

today was supposed to be my short/speed run, but i'm definitely having a right hamstring issue, so i cross-trained today and will rest tomorrow.  last big runs before my taper for the goofy are this week, will do 10 miles on thursday and my 20 miler on friday.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 60 minutes on the adaptive motion machine..  6.5 miles.   Shoulders and Abs.  Oh, and a 1/4 mile sprint down my driveway to get the garbage out on time :)

3 mile run this morning. Will probably hop on the elliptical tonight. Having random ankle, shin, and knee pain. Not sure what's up with all that.
