25 minutes of hi intensity on the stair climber (3.1 miles), 2 miles on the tm and a nice back, bi ab workout.  Read to take the intensity up...  and I rewatched Ironman Championship :)

Mother Nature played a trick on me this morning, luring me outside with blue skies and glorious rays of sunshine.  Little did I know it was a mere 5-degrees when I headed out for my 4 mile run.

Brrrr!  It was beautiful, though.
